We are recruiting a Reception and Information Officer to join our team at Newark College.
The role will provide outstanding customer care to all customers, including dealing with student queries, dealing with careers and course enquiries, funding, enrolments and admissions, meeting and greeting, appointment making, switchboard duties and mailroom processing.
In order to provide the Reception opening hours required by the College; we anticipate that the working pattern will be as detailed below:
Term-time
Mon - Tue 8.30am - 5pm
Wed - Thu 9.30am - 6pm
Fri 8am - 4.30pm
Non-term-time
Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm
