As a Duty Manager you will have the most exciting and rewarding role within Deans Sport & Leisure. You will undertake duties to promote the efficient and effective operation of the centre to ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre.
Gaining new members and keeping the ones we already have is a key driver in the business success, which is why this new role requires someone with the drive and motivation to succeed on an individual basis as well as motivating the rest of the team to help achieve our membership targets.
You will form close relationships with the management team in order to create new membership opportunities and marketing ideas/events. The bond you create with the rest of the staff on a day to day basis will be invaluable in driving your ideas through and seeing them come to fruition.
You will also assist with the development of an exciting and innovative programme of activities incorporating sports clubs, children's activities and holiday programmes in order to increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
As a Duty Manager, you will be 'hands-on', completing tasks as required, leading by example, and delegating when appropriate. This role is focused on the customer; as a result you will be driven by two things: meeting and exceeding targets and customer satisfaction.
