Lincoln College are seeking to employ a Lecturer in Electrical Installations.

The successful candidate will deliver extraordinary electrical installation provision to a wide range of full time, apprenticeship and full cost learners at Levels 1 – 3 through an exceptional student experience leading to positive achievement outcomes.
In order to ensure the quality and relevance of our education provision, ideal candidates will have a strong background working in the industry as an electrician. Although teaching, assessing and verification qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as you will be supported to achieve these during the first 2 years of your appointment coupled by an extensive programme of support which includes subject specialist mentorship, learning, assessment and teaching (LAT) professional standards coaching and remission from teaching.
