FE Resources are recruiting a Lecturer in Employability to join the Lincoln College team.
About the role of a Lecturer in Employability:
Our adult community education courses have been created to make learning accessible and flexible. We offer a range of courses, both daytime and evening, available across our college sites. We provide a wide variety of training and learning opportunities to help develop skills for both personal and professional growth. Our short courses run all year round and are between 4 and 8 weeks in length and usually 2 hours per week.
We are looking for a tutor to teach employability skills to learners aged 19+. The course content will cover creating a CV, applying for jobs, interview skills and job searching. We are looking to offer a course over 8 hours (2 hours per week over 4 weeks) which will teach individuals various skills to assist them to gain suitable employment.
These courses will take place at Lincoln and Newark Campuses and also remote/online.
What you can offer us:
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (previously PTLLS) (Desirable)
Subject specific teaching experience.
