We are particularly keen (although not essential) to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills, as such if you are an industry professional who has worked for a minimum of 3 years in your vocational area, and is either still working in the industry or has been within the last 18 months then you will receive the following support:
- Teaching Qualification - Certificate in Education and Training (Level 5)
- First 8 Weeks - 18 hours per week of shadowing
- 5 hours per week remission - Until the end of March 2020
We operate a 'Silver Medallist' talent pool scheme whereby candidates who are not successful on this occasion may be considered for a period of up to 3 months for similar positions.
