Working 22 hours,you will assist with providing an effective admissions and enrolment data collection process for the College. This will involve regular shifts on the student enrolment counter. You will also ensure that all applications are screened and processed in line with the Colleges Admissions policy. You will process student applications and enrolments into the college system,which will include checking and inputting of data.
You will deal with customer enquiries; in writing, at the enrolment or enquiries counter, by telephone and email and process and maintain accurate records relating to cash,credit and debit transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service/Administration or equivalent and you will have recent relevant experience in computerised data input.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively and have excellent organisational skills, whilst working to and meeting tight deadlines. You will have the ability to work in a front line office environment, maintaining a high level of customer care.
