FE Resources are looking for a Progress Coach to join the Lincoln College team at our Newark Campus.
About the role of a Progress Coach:
A Progress Coach will develop and deliver consistent and effective timetabled CPD sessions following the Progress plan set by the Head of Study Programmes.
Conduct 1:1 support for an allocated caseload of learners to fulfil Cross College requirements.
Ensure learners are encouraged and supported and can access College services with ease as and when required.
This role will be Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to start as soon as possible and will continue for the next 3 months as a minimum and will be based at our Newark Campus.
What you can offer us:
Recent successful experience of teaching/delivering tutorials/undertaking pastoral duties in an educational environment
Level 3 teaching qualification
Hold a minimum of level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
Information, Advice and Guidance qualifications Level 3 or above
Experience of delivering in a remote learning environment using Microsoft Teams
