We are recruiting a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering who specialises in Fabrication & Welding to prepare, deliver and assess on Mechanical Engineering programmes in the School of Professional Industries.
This role will be suitable for an individual who is passionate about Fabrication and Welding and has the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fabrication and Welding, experience of teaching at Level 2 and 3, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. Other engineering skills, such as fitting, machining and maintenance would be beneficial.
